Section 01

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using the Autochatix platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered accounts, and paying customers. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you are using Autochatix on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

Section 02

Services Description

Autochatix provides a WhatsApp Business API-based chatbot automation platform that enables businesses to:

  • Build and deploy automated WhatsApp chatbots with buttons, lists, and forms
  • Collect and manage customer leads via WhatsApp conversations
  • Accept payments through integrated Razorpay payment flows
  • Sync customer data with Google Sheets
  • Run WhatsApp broadcast campaigns to opted-in contacts
  • Handle live agent chat with human handoff features

The platform is delivered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS). We may modify, update, or discontinue features at our discretion with reasonable notice to active customers.

Section 03

Account Registration

To use Autochatix, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized account access
  • Ensuring your WhatsApp Business Account (WABA) is compliant with Meta's policies
  • Providing valid business details for Meta Business Verification

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legitimate registered business to use the platform. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information.

Section 04

Subscriptions & Payments

Billing: Autochatix operates on a monthly or annual subscription model. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorize Autochatix to charge your selected payment method for the applicable subscription fee.

Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Refunds: We offer a 7-day refund window for new customers from the date of first payment. After this period, subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests must be submitted to autochatix@gmail.com with your account details.

Price Changes: We may change subscription pricing with 30 days advance notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

WhatsApp Conversation Charges: Meta's WhatsApp Business API includes its own conversation-based pricing. These charges are separate from Autochatix subscription fees and billed by Meta directly or through your Business Solution Provider.

Section 05

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Autochatix only for lawful, legitimate business purposes. The following are strictly prohibited:

  • Sending spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to users who have not opted in
  • Engaging in phishing, fraud, or any deceptive practices
  • Distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Sending content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or harassing
  • Collecting personal data without proper consent
  • Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or circumvent the platform
  • Reselling or white-labeling the platform without explicit written permission
  • Using the platform for activities that violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy

Violation of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without a refund.

Section 06

WhatsApp & Meta Policy Compliance

Autochatix operates as a Meta Business Solution Provider (BSP). By using our platform, you agree to comply with:

  • Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy — including all messaging restrictions and opt-in requirements
  • WhatsApp Commerce Policy — applicable when selling products/services via WhatsApp
  • Meta's Terms of Service — governing use of the WhatsApp Business API

You are solely responsible for ensuring your WhatsApp messaging complies with applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients before sending marketing messages.

Autochatix is not responsible for account suspensions or restrictions imposed by Meta due to your policy violations.

Section 07

Intellectual Property

Autochatix IP: All software, designs, logos, content, and technology comprising the Autochatix platform are owned by or licensed to Autochatix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the platform without written permission.

Your Content: You retain full ownership of all content, chatbot flows, customer data, and business information you create or upload to the platform. By using Autochatix, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process this content solely to provide the Service.

Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide to improve the platform may be used by Autochatix without compensation or attribution.

Section 08

Disclaimers

The Autochatix platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
  • Uninterrupted, error-free, or secure platform availability
  • Accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform

WhatsApp message delivery depends on Meta's infrastructure and internet connectivity. Autochatix is not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or WhatsApp API outages caused by Meta or third-party providers.

Section 09

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autochatix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunities
  • Loss of customer data or conversations
  • Unauthorized access to your account
  • Actions taken by Meta/WhatsApp on your account

Our total aggregate liability for any claims related to the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Autochatix in the three months preceding the claim.

Section 10

Termination

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by emailing autochatix@gmail.com. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

By Autochatix: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
  • Violate Meta's WhatsApp Business Policy
  • Fail to pay subscription fees when due

Data Upon Termination: After account closure, you may request export of your data within 30 days. After 30 days, all account data is permanently deleted from our systems.

Section 11

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We encourage resolving disputes amicably first — please contact us at autochatix@gmail.com before initiating any legal proceedings. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve issues within 14 business days.
