Account Information: When you create an Autochatix account we collect your business name, contact person name, phone number, email, WhatsApp Business Account details, billing information, and business address.
Platform Usage Data: During your use of the platform we may collect WhatsApp conversation data, customer form submissions, automation flow configurations, campaign metrics, API activity logs, IP addresses, and browser/device details.
Customer Conversations: All leads and conversations collected through your WhatsApp bot are owned by you — the business. We store this data securely and access it only to deliver the service, debug issues, or comply with legal obligations.
How We Use Your Data
- Service Delivery: To provide, maintain, and improve the Autochatix platform
- Communication: To respond to inquiries and deliver support
- Account Management: To manage subscriptions and process payments via Razorpay
