Pricing FAQ
No setup fees on any plan. The monthly subscription covers bot setup, onboarding, and ongoing support. WhatsApp Business API registration (if you need a new number) may require Meta's standard verification, but Autochatix handles the process for you at no extra charge.
Your monthly plan fee covers platform access. Template campaigns and AI conversations are charged separately from a pre-funded wallet you top up from the dashboard. When you send a bulk campaign, the Meta conversation cost (e.g. ~₹0.86 - ₹0.92 for marketing, ~₹0.12 - ₹0.15 for utility) plus a 10% Autochatix service fee is deducted automatically. You always see a clear breakdown before sending. AI chatbot conversations are also billed per conversation from the same wallet — if the balance runs low, the AI pauses gracefully and you get notified to top up.
Meta charges per 24-hour conversation window — not per message. Customer-initiated conversations (service) are free up to 1,000/month per account. Business-initiated (marketing/utility) conversations have per-conversation rates set by Meta — roughly ₹0.86 - ₹0.92 for marketing and ₹0.12 - ₹0.15 for utility in India. Autochatix passes these costs through transparently and adds only a 10% service fee for template sends. Our monthly plan fee is entirely separate from Meta's charges.
Yes. You can upgrade at any time and the new plan takes effect immediately. Downgrades or cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. There are no exit fees or lock-in contracts.

The Custom plan is designed for larger businesses and enterprises with multiple WhatsApp numbers, high message volumes, white-labeling requirements, or deep CRM integrations. Pricing is based on your specific setup. Contact us for a tailored quote and a free consultation call.
The Social plan at ₹299 + GST/month lets you connect 1 Instagram Business account or 1 Facebook Page and automate DMs, comments, and Messenger conversations. It includes 5 automation flows, 2 team users, and a shared conversation inbox. WhatsApp is not included — if you need both WhatsApp and Instagram/Facebook automation, you can subscribe to a WhatsApp plan and the Social plan independently.
Yes. WhatsApp plans (Starter, Growth, Pro) and the Social (Meta) plan are independent subscriptions. If your business runs on both platforms, simply subscribe to a WhatsApp plan for your WhatsApp channel and the Social plan for your Instagram/Facebook channel. Both will be managed from the same Autochatix dashboard.
