You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated data from Autochatix. We make this process simple and transparent.
What Gets Deleted
- Your business account and profile
- All WhatsApp chatbot flows you created
- Customer lead data and conversation history
- Campaign history and broadcast records
- Payment and billing history
- API keys and integration settings
- Google Sheets sync configurations
- All uploaded files and media
What May Be Retained
- Transaction records required by Indian financial law (up to 5 years)
- Data needed for ongoing legal proceedings
- Anonymized, aggregated analytics (non-identifiable)
- Backup copies — permanently purged within 30 days
Retention of legal/financial records is required by Indian law and cannot be waived.
Before You Delete
- Export your lead data from the dashboard
- Download any campaign reports you need
- Cancel your active subscription first
- Disconnect your WhatsApp Business number from our platform
Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. Please back up anything important first.
Deletion Timeline
After we receive your deletion request:
- Within 24 hours: Confirmation email sent
- Within 3 days: Account deactivated, data queued for deletion
- Within 7 business days: All primary data permanently deleted
- Within 30 days: Backup copies fully purged
How to Request Data Deletion
Export Your Data (Optional but Recommended)
Login to your Autochatix dashboard at app.autochatix.com and export any lead data, conversation history, or reports you want to keep before proceeding.
Send a Deletion Request Email
Email us at autochatix@gmail.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the required details (see template below).
Receive Confirmation
We will send a confirmation email within 24 hours acknowledging your request and providing an estimated completion date.
Deletion Complete
You will receive a final email confirming that all your data has been permanently deleted from our systems, typically within 7 business days.

Important: For security purposes, deletion requests must be sent from the email address registered with your Autochatix account. Requests from unverified email addresses cannot be processed. If you no longer have access to your registered email, please provide additional verification details in your request.
